Kyle was very responsive and helpful. Communication was excellent he gave me my option before any work was completed. Repairs were done timely and within reasonable price. I'll take my car there again.

I've started using Agee's regularly in the past year based on 1 prior experience with them. Kyle with Agee's is who I have always worked with directly and first, his customer services in how he speaks to customers and explains things is outstanding compared to others. They are completely transparent about everything and will not try and have you repair something if it's not necessary. Also, the several times I've had them work on 2 of our vehicles, I have never had to go back because something still wasn't working. However, that is not the case with some other auto repair shops I've gone to where I've had to go back even 3 times due to the same issue not being resolved. I am *extremely* cautious about who works on my car because I'm so careful about mechanics not damaging the body and I trust Agee's a lot and have never had issues. Dropping a vehicle off and picking it up is also easy and convenient.

Kyle and his team came through for me again Was having a Very Bad day and then on top of that my car was acting funny. Drove my car over and just like that he said he could get it in and look at it .. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me that day and got my car in and out the same day I have always been Blown away by how great Kyle and his guys have taken care of me as a customer and my car I will be a forever customer!!! Kyle goes out of his way to help customers. After 6 years in Lincoln, NE, as I head towards Washington state, Kyle is going out of his way to find a good mechanic for me there. Always a pleasure getting my car serviced by Kyle and his crew.
