We needed to find a new repair shop after ours closed, and we found it at Agee's. We have older cars that need more attention and Agee's has done an excellent job repairing what we could afford at each step. Repairs are done right the first time. They always take the time to explain everything and make sure we understand what's happening. We're extremely pleased with the service Agee's provides.

We had to have cylinders in our 2013 f150 replaced. It was a very comprehensive repair and the machine shop had to remake parts. We shopped around but Agees was the most reasonable price wise and came highly recommended. The repair took longer than expected which was no fault of Agees. There was just more damage and more parts to be made than expected. Agees automotive answered all our questions and kept in contact with us and kept us updated. They took time to make sure the repairs were correctly. We will be using them in the future for all routine maintenance and if any major repairs need done on an any of our vehicles we wouldn't dream of looking else where.

Took my car in Friday, January 10, for an oil change. Dropped it off around 8 AM, knowing that I would have to kill some time downtown until it was done. Less than an hour later, Kyle called to tell me it was done and ready to pick up. When I went to get it, he said, “well I knew you’d have to hang around downtown Until it was done, so we did yours first.“. Very thoughtful of him on a cold winter day, and I hadn’t even mentioned it to him when I dropped it off.

They did a good job of explaining what what was wrong with my exhaust and provided good online pictures plus a full, easy to understand assessment. If I didn't need to drive home I would have had them fix it.

Very pleased with diagnosis and repair. They explained the problem in laymen terms and discussed if it was worth fixing. In my case it was. 20 year old vehicle with 235,000 miles.
